1. Overview These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all services provided by Creative Syndicate Studios, including but not limited to custom graphic design, printables, digital images, and embroidery services. By placing an order, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.
2. Services
We offer:
- Custom Creative Design (logos, branding, artwork, apparel line development, etc.).
- Brand Identity Packages (branding guidelines, logo style guides, digital logo assets, etc.).
- Branded Merchandise (cohesive branded merchandise ready for retail of your clients).
- B2B (partnerships with established brands to help bring their brand needed visual impact) .
3. Orders & Payments
- Full or partial payment may be required before work begins.
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%).
- Final files or products will not be delivered until full payment is received.
4.Revisions & Approval
- Design packages include a limited number of revisions (2).
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs and designs before final production.
- Once approved, the studio is not responsible for errors (e.g., spelling, sizing, colors).
6.Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the custom nature of services, all sales are final.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be billed for work completed up to that point.
7.Intellectual Property
- Final designs are transferred to the client only after full payment is received.
- Creative Syndicate Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Clients may not resell, redistribute, or modify custom design work, digital products or templates without permission.
8.File Delivery & Shipping Product
- Digital files will be delivered via email or secure download link.
- File formats will be agreed upon prior to project completion (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG).
- Creative Syndicate Studios will ship product at the current shipping rates from UPS, USPS or FedEx. The client can elect to have their orders shipped on their own account which will need to be provided to Creative Syndicate Studios prior to shipping.
9.Decoration Specific Terms
- Clients must provide accurate sizing, placement, and material details.
- Colors may vary slightly due to ink, thread and fabric differences.
- We cannot guarantee exact PMS color matches for digital print[
- We are not responsible for damages caused by improper garment care after delivery.
10.Limitation of Liability
Creative Syndicate Studios is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages occurring during shipping.
- Decorating errors caused by decorators sourced by the client outside Creative Syndicate Studios oversight.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
11.Client Responsibilities
- Provide clear instructions and necessary assets (logos, text, images).
- Ensure all submitted materials do not infringe on copyrights or trademarks.
- Respond promptly to communication to avoid delays.
12.Communication
Timely responses are required to maintain project timelines. Creative Syndicate Studios will not incur cost for rush service charges by 3rd party vendors due to late or lack of communication from the client. Those fees will be passed on to the client.
13.Changes to Terms
Creative Syndicate Studios reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or shared with clients as applicable.
